FREE ECONOMY U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free economy U.S. domestic shipping and handling to on all orders over $50, and $10 flat rate U.S. domestic for orders under $50.

Orders should arrive within 5-8 business days domestically but may take longer depending if you live in rural area or Alaska and Hawaii.  Economy shipping may not be available for PO Boxes, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses.  We are working on adding different carriers to expand our economy shipping.  All orders will receive tracking information in shipping confirmation email.  

STANDARD U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

$12 flat rate U.S. domestic for 3-5 day shipping option.

Orders placed before 11am EST should arrive domestically within 3-5 business days, not including holidays or weekends.  Rural areas may take an additional 1-2 days.  Standard day shipping may not available Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses.  All orders will receive tracking information in shipping confirmation email.  

EXPRESS U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

$25 flat rate U.S. domestic for 1-2 day shipping option.

Orders placed before 11am EST should arrive domestically within 1-2 business days, not including holidays or weekends.  Rural areas may take an additional 1-2 days.  Express shipping may not available Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses.  All orders will receive tracking information in shipping confirmation email.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping to Japan, South Korea, UK, Ireland and Scotland through DHS Express Worldwide.  Orders can take 5-10 business days depending on location.  Carrier prices will vary depending on country and location within country.  All orders will receive tracking information in shipping confirmation email.  DHL requires signature on all international orders.  

WYLD1 is not responsible for custom fees, import duties and taxes, and brokerage fees.  Please read your countries customs legislation before shipping to understand potential additional fees that may apply to your international shipment.  You are financially responsible and will be charged through the credit card used for purchasing if you chose to refuse your international order and WYLD1 is charged for return shipping, fees, duties, or taxes.  You are also responsible for returns or exchanges of your order.  

IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION 

  • Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free U.S. domestic shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses. 
  • Delivery to U.S. domestic rural areas and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping may not be available for certain locations.
  • Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
  • *Free economy shipping and handling is valid on qualifying orders. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. See above for shipping and handling details. Free standard shipping and handling will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Orders shipping free to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via economy shipping. Free standard shipping is not currently available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Terms of offer are subject to change.

CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPMENTS

We use Shopify Planet to purchase carbon offsets for all shipments.  The Planet app neutralizes shipping emissions and removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Carbon removal is the process of capturing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and then storing it.

For example, if a truck or a plane that delivers your shipment releases 1 kg of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere then Shopify ensures that 1kg of CO2 is also sucked from the atmosphere and stored away using solutions and technologies in Shopify Sustainability Fund.

SHIPPING OVERVIEW

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates if available are displayed in your cart at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order and shipping confirmation email.

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on your order, our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.

U.S. flat domestic shipping charges above reflect shipping for domestic orders only. 

International orders carrier shipping charge are presented in cart during checkout.  Please note WYLD1 is not responsible for potential customs fees and taxes on international orders. 

MULTIPLE PACKAGE ORDERS

Occasionally, WYLD1 will need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive a shipment notification after your order has shipped, including orders containing multiple packages.  The shipment notification will include a tracking link for all packages.    

SHIPPING CARRIERS

WYLD1™ U.S. domestic carriers include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx; and DHL for international orders.

SHIPPING ISSUES

On occasion carriers tracking systems show the package as delivered when it has not physically reached its final location.  Please double check areas the carrier may have delivered the package.  If you cannot locate the package, please contact us support@wyld1.com.
