This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by WYLD1, LLC and its subsidiaries (“WYLD1” or “we”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, mobile apps and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), or when you otherwise interact with us. This policy does not apply to products or services with separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Information Collection

Information You Provide to Us. We only collect certain information from you when you provide it to us, such as when you: (1) register or become a Member; (2) place an order; (3) complete a survey or product review; (4) participate in one of our promotions; (5) sign up for Membership Program; or (6) contact us. The information we collect from you may include your name, age, mailing address, daytime telephone number, cell phone number, e-mail address, account user name and password, and payment information. If you use a third party login to register or otherwise link to us, we may receive certain information about you from the third party (such as a social network) based on your registration and privacy settings on that third party service.

Automated Information Collection . We may connect information collected automatically with information we already have about you in order to identify you as a WYLD1 guest. If we are able to identify you as a WYLD1 guest we may, for example, link your activity on our website to your activity on one of our mobile applications. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.

In order to provide the best guest experience possible, we also use automated information collection technologies for reporting and analysis purposes. We examine metrics such as how you are shopping on our website, in our stores, and on our mobile applications, the performance of our marketing efforts, and your response to those marketing efforts.

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us or third-parties that use our services. This information helps us recognize you, customize your website experience, store items in your cart between visits and make our marketing messages more relevant. Our Privacy Policy does not cover these third-party companies. Registration and Membership. We encourage you to register and become a Member when visiting or shopping on our Site or App; however registration is not required. You must be 13 years of age or older to register. Registration helps us to provide you with a quick and simple checkout experience. The customer contact information you provide will be used to contact you concerning the status of an order, answer your questions and, unless you choose to opt-out, to send you communications about upcoming sales, contests, promotions and product information. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and password. You are responsible for all use of the Site or App under your registered account. If you would like, you can also fill out a customer profile. While it is not required, information obtained from the customer profile questions helps us to learn more about our customers and is used to improve your shopping experience and to provide you with more relevant content and advertising.

Tracking Options and California Do Not Track. You may adjust your browser settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the Services or take full advantage of our offerings. These other domains and websites are not controlled by us, and WYLD1 does not endorse or make any representations about Third-Party websites or social media platforms. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each and every website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. Visiting these other websites or applications is at your own risk.

WYLD1’s Services may include publicly accessible blogs, community forums, or private messaging features. The Site and our other Services may also contain links and interactive features with various social media platforms (e.g., widgets). If you already use these platforms, their cookies may be set on your device when using our Site or other Services. You should be aware that Personal Information which you voluntarily include and transmit online in a publicly accessible blog, chat room, social media platform or otherwise online, or that you share in an open forum may be viewed and used by others without any restrictions. We are unable to control such uses of your information when interacting with a social media platform, and by using such services you assume the risk that the Personal Information provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties for any number of purposes.

We use Third-Party software development kits (“SDKs”), such as the adjust Inc. SDK, as part of the functionality of our Services. Third-Party SDKs may allow Third Parties including advertisers to collect your personal information to provide content that is more relevant to you.

Combination of Information. We may also combine the information we receive from and about you, including the information you provide to us on the Service or through the Membership Program, information we receive from third parties, and information we automatically collect (as explained above).

Information Use

By providing personally identifiable information to us, we are better able to match your interests. WYLD1 may use your personally identifiable information to process and fulfill orders, send emails to confirm your order status and shipment, to communicate with you and to send you information by email, postal mail, or other means about our products, services, contests, and promotions. In general, we use personal information collected on the Site for the specific purpose for which it was volunteered; to help develop better products, and/or market, sell, or provide products and services; and to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements, process or provisions. We allow our shipping partners to obtain personal information for the purposes of facilitating ordering and shipping internationally.

Other Web Site Analytics Services. Analytics services such as Google Analytics provide services that analyze information regarding visits to our websites and mobile applications. Third-Party Payment Processing

When you make purchases through the Services, we process your payments through a Third-Party application. The Third-Party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of WYLD1, including your name, email address, address and other billing information.

Updating Your Information

Please note that, at all times, you are responsible for updating the personal information you provide to us. If you have registered with us or participate in a Membership Program, you may update your personal information through your registered account or Membership Program account. If you elect to delete some or all of your personal information, keep in mind that we may retain transactional data in accordance with various laws, regulations and our Company's retention policy.

Changes To Our Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be considered your consent to those changes. In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your personal information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you of that development.

Option To Opt-out

At all times, you have the option of "opting out" of receiving future e-mail marketing updates by sending us an e-mail with "unsubscribe" in the subject line at support@wyld1.com or clicking the link in footer of our email and SMS communications. Even if you opt-out, you may continue to receive non-marketing e-mail messages from us, including, for example, order confirmations.

If you previously registered for a text messaging campaign and now want to opt-out, text "STOP" to the short code / number for the program that you've signed up for.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age, and WYLD1 does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent’s permission to access the Services. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at support@wyld1.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 16, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s Account.

Security Of Information

The security and privacy of you Personal Information is important to us and we take necessary and reasonable measures to protect your data. When you enter your Personal Information in our forms we encrypt this data through SSL or other technologies. Please understand that transmitting or storing data on the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information.

Your California Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Info)

California residents have specific rights regarding their information. This section describes those rights and how to exercise them.  California law permits users who are California residents to request from us once a year a list of the Third Parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those parties. 

WYLD1 has sold or disclosed the following categories of personal information from California consumers: identifiers, online activity, and financial information.  WYLD1 sells your information, as defined by California law when we share it with marketing vendors to provide relevant advertising. We do not sell your information for any other purpose. We do not and will not knowingly sell personal information of minors who are younger than 16.

If you would like to Opt-Out of sharing your personal information with third parties for certain purposes under the California Consumer Privacy Acts, please send us an email support@wyld1.com.  We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

International Users

Site visitors from countries outside of the United States, including the European Union, should understand that any data provided to WYLD1 may be transferred to the United States. By choosing to visit our Site, engage in our Services or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute arising in connection with WYLD1 will be in accordance with the Terms.

All Personal Information collected via or by WYLD1 may be stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States, the European Union, in the cloud, on our servers, on the servers of our affiliates or the servers of our service providers.
