Returns & Exchanges
Our total satisfaction guarantee helps ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. WYLD1™ accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. All gift cards, personalized, limited release, altered or final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. WYLD1™ reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
RETURNS
- Click here to start your return, or email us at support@wyld1.com and provide your order # and items you desire to return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label.
- After the item has been received we will process the refund for the returned item and send you a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to occur due to payment processing.
EXCHANGES
- We recommend before starting the the exchange process you place a new order for the item you want to exchange. This helps ensure the item you want is in stock.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
- The following items cannot be returned: Limited Releases, personalized, and altered items, and Gift Cards.
- Certain returns for products WYLD1 does not manufacture will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy

You can return multiple orders and packages in a single package or multiple packages.

WYLD1™ accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to an international address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. International consumers are financially responsible for shipping their items for returns and exchanges. Please reference instructions above on the returns and exchange process.
